Betting closes
Players select their permitted betting spots before the closing countdown. The later multiplier display cannot be used to revise a closed wager.
Ice Fishing can attach random multipliers to wheel segments after betting closes. Learn how Leaf boosts differ from fishing-bonus boosts, which multipliers are possible and why a headline 5,000× return is not a predictable result.

After the betting window closes, the game may place randomly assigned boosts on wheel positions. The final wheel landing decides whether a particular boosted result qualifies. The boost stage is part of the round mechanics, not a signal that a segment will land next.

A random Leaf segment or an entire fishing-bonus category may receive an eligible multiplier under separate published rules.
Only the winning outcome is resolved. If it carries an eligible boost, the payout is calculated according to the table's paytable and limits.
Two different mechanisms can appear on the same wheel. A Leaf boost modifies the applicable instant-return calculation. A fishing-bonus boost multiplies the fish multiplier values for the associated bonus feature.
| Feature | Eligible boosts listed by Evolution | What gets boosted | How the return is settled |
|---|---|---|---|
| Leaf 1 / Leaf 2 | 3×, 4×, 5×, 7×, 10× | One randomly chosen Leaf wheel segment | Eligible instant payout under the table's paytable |
| Lil’ Blues | 2×, 3×, 4×, 5×, 6×, 7×, 8×, 10× | All wheel segments of the matching bonus category | Boosted fish values when blue lands |
| Big Oranges | 2×, 3×, 4×, 5×, 6×, 7×, 8×, 10× | All wheel segments of the matching bonus category | Boosted fish values when orange lands |
| Huge Reds | 2×, 3×, 4×, 5×, 6×, 7×, 8×, 10× | All wheel segments of the matching bonus category | Boosted fish values when red lands |
These lists show possible boosts, not their selection probabilities. The published feature description does not provide enough information to forecast when a particular boost will appear. See the wheel segment reference for separate information about where different outcome categories can land.
For a qualifying fishing bonus, a simplified example is base fish multiplier × applicable bonus boost. This educational illustration does not include monetary caps, site-specific bet settlement, or the probability of catching the fish.
Example: a 25× fish with a 4× bonus boost.
25 × 4 = 100. Read the blue bonus guide.
Example: an 80× fish with a 5× bonus boost.
80 × 5 = 400. Read the orange bonus guide.
Extreme example: a 500× fish with a 10× bonus boost.
500 × 10 = 5,000, before any cap. Read the red bonus guide.

25× fish × 4× boost
Subject to eligibility, operator rules and maximum payout caps.Huge Reds has the highest published base fish range: 10×–500×. A qualifying maximum fish combined with a 10× bonus boost creates the advertised 5,000× multiple. Both conditions must occur within the applicable game rules.
That figure is a possible extreme, not the average payout, a reliable strategy, or the chance of a red segment landing. A table's financial payout limit can reduce the actual amount received even when a headline multiplier is reached.

Evolution says qualifying multipliers may be applied to random wheel segments after betting ends and before the wheel resolves.
The official description lists 3×, 4×, 5×, 7× and 10× for one randomly assigned Leaf segment. It does not list 2× or 8× for Leaf boosts.
Yes. A fishing-bonus category may receive 2×, 3×, 4×, 5×, 6×, 7×, 8× or 10×, applying to fish values under the rules when that category lands.
No. A boost changes the eligible return calculation; it does not inherently change how many reference wheel positions belong to a category.
The advertised combination is a 500× fish with a 10× eligible boost. Actual amounts may be restricted by the table's payout cap, and neither condition is guaranteed.
No reliable prediction method follows from the published mechanics or a history of previous spins. A multiplier shown after betting closes cannot be used to alter that already-closed wager.
No. A boost must apply to the winning result and a qualifying wager; the actual payout depends on bet type and table rules.
